Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how Prime Invoice issues refunds. It applies to all paid subscriptions to the Prime Invoice service (the "Service") operated by RadianPixelApps SRL ("we", "us", "our") and forms part of our Terms of Service. Where this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service on refund-related questions, this policy prevails.


At a glance


1. Monthly subscriptions

All fees paid for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a month.


2. Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of its term, we refund the portion of the fee corresponding to complete calendar months remaining in the term. The month in which you cancel and any months already used are not refunded. No administrative fee is deducted.

Example. You paid €120 on 1 January for a 12-month plan. You cancel on 10 March. Two months were used (January, February); March is in progress and is not refunded; nine complete months remain. Refund = (9 ÷ 12) × €120 = €90, returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.


3. Exceptional refunds (errors on our side)

We may issue a refund, in whole or in part, when the cause is attributable to Prime Invoice. Examples include:

Refunds outside these circumstances — for example, dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of use, failure to cancel before renewal, or switching to another product — are not provided.


4. EU consumers — statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

Prime Invoice is designed for businesses, freelancers, and self-employed professionals using the Service in a professional capacity. In the vast majority of cases, our users are traders under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), and the right of withdrawal does not apply.

If you qualify as a consumer — meaning you purchase the Service outside your trade, business, craft, or profession — you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first paid subscription, under Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Romanian law by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

The Service is a digital service supplied on a continuous basis. By starting your paid subscription, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that this affects your right of withdrawal under Article 7(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you exercise your right of withdrawal during the 14-day period, you will be charged a proportionate amount for the period during which the Service was actually provided to you, calculated by reference to the full subscription price (Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The balance is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice.

To exercise this right, email support@primeinvoiceing.com within 14 days of your first paid charge. Include your account email and a statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal as an EU consumer. No reason is required.

Romanian consumers may also escalate to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.


5. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. For annual plans, a prorated refund is processed when you submit a refund request under section 6.


6. How to request a refund (when eligible)

Email support@primeinvoiceing.com with:

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.


7. Dispute window

Any dispute about a charge must be raised in writing within 60 days of the charge date. After 60 days, charges are considered final and we will not process refund requests outside the cases described above. This time limit does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by applicable EU or Romanian law.


8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account pending the outcome. Contacting us first is faster: most issues are resolved within a few business days, while chargebacks can take 6–12 weeks.


9. Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Romania and forms part of our Terms of Service. Romanian consumer-protection law and mandatory provisions of EU law apply where they grant greater rights than this policy. The Romanian-language version is the legally controlling version for users whose habitual residence or place of business is in Romania. For users elsewhere, this English-language version is the version we operate from for support and disputes, subject to Romanian governing law as set out in our Terms of Service.
