Cookie Policy
Effective date: 6 July 2026 Last updated: 6 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how RadianPixelApps SRL ("RadianPixelApps", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Prime Invoice (the "Service") at primeinvoiceing.com.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, phone, tablet) to remember information about you between visits or page loads. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and session tokens — they all serve the same general purpose of remembering state.
In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies collectively.
Cookies can be:
- First-party — set by primeinvoiceing.com itself.
- Third-party — set by another domain when content from that domain is loaded on our pages (for example, Stripe's checkout iframe).
- Session — deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent — remain on your device for a set period until they expire or you delete them.
2. Our cookie philosophy
We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use:
- advertising or marketing cookies
- third-party tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.)
- cross-site behavioral tracking
- fingerprinting techniques
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, privacy-friendly usage measurement. Vercel Analytics does not set cookies and does not track individual users across sites.
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, you do not need to give consent before we set them — but you can still control them through your browser settings (see Section 5).
3. Cookies we use
| Cookie / Storage | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token |
Supabase (us) | First-party, HTTP-only | Authentication session — keeps you logged in | Session + 7 days refresh |
pi-theme |
Prime Invoice | First-party, localStorage | Remembers your light/dark mode preference | Until you clear browser storage |
pi-locale |
Prime Invoice | First-party, localStorage | Remembers your language preference | Until you clear browser storage |
pi-compliance-banner-dismissed |
Prime Invoice | First-party, localStorage | Hides the e-invoicing compliance banner after you dismiss it (7 days) | 7 days |
| CSRF token | Prime Invoice | First-party, HTTP-only | Protects against cross-site request forgery on form submissions | Session |
__stripe_* (Stripe Checkout) |
Stripe | Third-party | Secure card payment during checkout (only present on payment pages) | Session to 1 year |
We may add or change cookies as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in this policy and dated in the "Last updated" line above.
4. Why each cookie is essential
- Authentication cookies are required to keep you logged in. Without them, you'd have to enter your password on every page.
- CSRF token is a security cookie required to safely submit forms (such as creating an invoice or updating Settings).
- Theme and locale preferences remember your choice of light/dark mode and language. Without these, you'd see the default settings on every visit.
- Compliance banner state prevents an already-dismissed banner from reappearing constantly.
- Stripe Checkout cookies are set only when you are on the payment page and are required by Stripe to process payment securely. They do not persist outside the checkout flow.
We have considered each cookie listed above and judged it strictly necessary for the Service to function or to protect security. None of them are used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
5. How to manage cookies
You can control cookies through your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Be aware that if you block strictly necessary cookies, the Service will not work — you will not be able to log in, save preferences, or complete payments.
You can also use private/incognito browsing, which clears cookies when you close the window.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because there is no industry standard for them. We do, however, plan to honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if and when we introduce any cookies that would require consent.
Since we currently use only strictly necessary cookies, GPC has no practical effect on our processing today.
7. Changes to this policy
If we add new cookies (for example, if we introduce optional analytics tools that do require consent), we will:
- update this Cookie Policy and the "Last updated" date,
- introduce a proper consent banner with granular categories and an easily-accessible withdrawal option, and
- notify existing users by email.
We will not start using non-essential cookies without first obtaining your explicit consent in compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.
